Maxwell Eaton, an entrepreneur and restaurateur, is the epitome of someone who asked the question “How can I best help?”.  After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Maxwell dropped everything and relocated halfway around the world to the Poland-Ukraine border. There he’s working with World Central Kitchen (a non-profit founded by celebrity chef José Andrés) to help feed refugee families there.
